Caffeinated Conversations, in partnership with the Schreiber Foods Institute for Women’s Leadership, is an opportunity to participate in a discussion group of business leaders as we grapple with important topics and take our career to the next level.
The purpose of our time together is to connect with one another, meet new people, and to empower all to be great leaders! Jess Lambrecht, Executive Officer, Continuing Education & Community Engagement at University of Wisconsin Green Bay, will lead this facilitated discussion.
Our topic is Mentors & Sponsors.
As women, we can set ourselves up for success by intentionally creating a strong network of advocates and support. While mentorship is a powerful tool for advancing in the workplace, it is also important to identify potential sponsors within our organizations who can speak on our behalf. Join us to discuss the difference between mentorship and sponsorship and share strategies for leveraging these critical relationships.
We encourage you to review the attached article for meaningful discussion, as well as the TED Talk linked below.
