Several years ago I was invited as a guest. More recently Lori O'Connor invited me as a guest and shortly after that I decided to join.

Primarily I want to invest in my personal and professional growth. I also want to network for partnerships with other women in business. I find women supporting women to be a true sisterhood. Any resource I need, I can find a woman to do fulfill the need or know a woman who knows someone. Now that I am recently self-employed I want to find business and I want to stay aware of what is going on in the community in which I live, work and play. I am no longer involved with a large employer where the opportunities occurred naturally. Now I have to create them for myself.
