Award-winning author and speaker Caroline Criado Perez dives deep into data, and the lack thereof, to take an intense look into how gender data gaps feed gender bias in her book Invisible Women, Data Bias in a World Designed for Men. This ground-breaking work was the winner of the Financial Times Business Book of the Year in 2019. She traverses countries and continents to examine the home, the workplace, public spaces, healthcare, product design, and even politics. This is a compelling story of what happens when half of humanity is overlooked in a “one size fits all” world. Perez is a change agent, and she makes a clear call to invite women to the table in all aspects of life.
