Accommodations Committee
Arrange membership meeting & luncheons, process RSVP's, collect guest fees & coordinate hostesses and greeters. Assess and improve monthly luncheon timelines, structures & flow.
Marketing Committee
Promote & market Management Women, Inc. (MWI) to larger community. Activities include -- MW website and social media, attend GB Chamber events, offer MW merchandise, coordinate mentor program, update social media, promote N. Felhofer & MW Scholarship nominations & improve internal/external communications.
Awards Committee
Support tomorrow’s female leaders with annual scholarships. Review applications, present awards & scholarships.
Program Committee
Seek high quality speakers and topics for monthly meetings & provide in-depth educational opportunities.
Membership Committee
Promote & increase membership; find ways to fully engage members through committee involvement; inform new members about membership benefits prior to monthly luncheon meetings.
Oversee all activities of the organization, with committee chairs reporting into them.

After-Hours Events
Plan before or after hour networking events for members.
Seminar Committee
Plan annual educational event, "Heels, Hopes & Higher Education," (HHH) features a keynote speaker focusing on professional development topic. Fundraising through local donations. Using proceeds for annual scholarship awards, plan & execute HHH event with subcommittees: Fundraising, Marketing , and Sponsorship.
