Through this presentation, participants will learn how to use social media to craft an authentic personal brand that not only reflects their values and expertise, but also positively influences their organization. We'll cover key platforms, share actionable insights to build credibility online and explore how to amplify your organization’s mission while staying true to your personal voice. Attendees will leave with actionable next steps and the confidence to show up with purpose online.
About Nina Nolan Rouse:
Nina Nolan Rouse is the President of O'Connor Connective, a local strategic consulting firm specializing in purpose-driven organizational brand and communications. Nina is a skilled communicator with extensive experience connecting with and converting audiences through a full range of strategic, integrated communications and marketing activities. At O'Connor Connective, Nina is responsible for managing the organization's day-to-day operations, providing client consulting and working with staff to deliver exceptional solutions for their clients. Before joining O’Connor Connective, Nina served at St. Norbert College in various roles, including the Director of Communications and Marketing. Previous roles included Senior Web and Social Media Specialist as well as Digital and Creative Services Manager. In 2023, Nina was recognized with a “40 Under 40“ award from Insight Publications for her professional accomplishments and civic service to the New North Region. Nina serves as a Board Member and the Communications Chair of PRSA Northeast Wisconsin and is in her third term on the Board of Education in the School District of Bonduel.
