I graduated from UW-Green Bay in 2021 with a degree in Business Marketing, Management, and Human Resources with cum laude honors. I have a lot of background in human resource management and employment law. I have not decided if pursuing additional education is necessary; however, it is potentially still an option at this point.

As mentioned above, I have a fair amount of experience with human resource management and management in general. I would consider myself at this point knowledgeable in the electrical industry and also find myself skilled in process and operations management.

The only direct membership I am involved in is BNI, which is a local networking group of all different industries whom pass referrals with each other. Our owner, Matt, is involved in a similar group called HBBA. Otherwise we are part of the Brown County Home Builders Association, NARI, and Chambers of Commerce's.

Elise referred me which led to me visiting during the last meeting.

I feel that I do not have appropriate support in my career to help me grow and exceed my own expectations. My employer, other employees, and related support systems are AWESOME, but none of them are women. I want that comfort of relating and growing together.
