Join us as Michelle discusses Estate Plans: why they are important and what makes up a typical plan. She'll also discuss the difference between a Will and a Revocable Trust. Concluding with a discussion on beneficiary designations, asset titling and new laws when inheriting IRAS.

Michelle Mulloy is a Tax Principal at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen LLP).  She was with Schenck for over 20 years and they became part of CLA in January of 2019.  She specializes in estate, trust and gift tax; assisting clients with tax planning and compliance for individuals, estates, trusts, gifts and private foundations.    

 

As well as being involved with Management Women and holding the Membership-Elect board position, she is on the board of the Green Bay Estate Planning Forum and a member of the Estate Planning Council of Northeast Wisconsin. She and her husband, Jeff, have 3 grown kids.   In her free time she likes to road bike outside, Peloton inside, run, golf, kayak and snowshoe.
