Cooking Competition With Chef Ace Champion

Join us at Mona Rose Winery for an exciting event with Chef Ace Champion. Chef Champion will split participants into teams that will cook a 2 course meal for all to enjoy! (Don't want to cook?! Keep reading!!)

The Menu:
Entree: Creole Pork Tenderloin with a port mushroom sauce and a vegetable side.
Dessert: Classic New Orleans Style Bananas Fosters

There are a few ways to participate:

Option 1 ($40) - Cook and Eat! Be a part of the team that cooks the meal and gets to enjoy it, too. Chef Champion will provide instruction and judge the teams on things like teamwork and the finished product.

Option 2 ($40) - Spectate and Eat! If you don't want to be in the kitchen, but want to be the official taste testers (you actually get the full 2 course meal!) this is the option for you!

Option 3 (Free! Wine available for purchase.) - Come hang out at Mona Rose, buy a glass of wine, and watch the competition go down. No taste testing for you, but we invite you to stay - socialize and network!

Registrations are being collected through Sign Up Genius (you do not need to register in Club Express.) All RSVPs are due by September 21st, 2021.

Cash payment is due directly to Chef Ace Champion the night of the event.

Mona Rose opens at 5:30 that day so feel free to pop in a bit early and enjoy some wine. Chef Champion will begin at 6:00p.
