Karen is a CPA by background who has spent the bulk of her 35 year career working with business owners in buying or selling their business. She has worked on very large negotiations and small tuck-in acquisitions in a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, and service businesses. In 2020 she retired from Wipfli LLP and now does a small amount of strategic consulting and coaching.
