About Jess:
Jess Lambrecht serves as the Executive Officer for Division of Continuing Education & Workforce Training at the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay. She has been with the organization since December 2021 and has been in higher education and business development for almost 20 years. She is focused on supporting business and organizational needs and ensuring accessibility of learning throughout an individual’s life. The division annually serves more than 70,000 learners through certificates, trainings, seminars, and membership offerings. The division is also the 2nd largest continuing education unit in the state. Through these programs, Jess helps to strengthen the skills and qualifications of community members based on the changing needs of the region. The team is driven to upskill, reskill, and train the workforce across a 16-county region! Jess holds a Masters Degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Kansas and a Bachelor’s degree in marketing communications from UW -River Falls. She grew up in St. Paul, MN and now resides on a dairy farm in Kewaunee County with her husband and four children.
