I was recruited to join Management Women in 1996 by two dear friends, Nancy Felhofer and Julie Aderhold. They asked me to produce the newsletter for the organization, a job I held for many years. I jumped in with both feet and also joined the Awards Committee shortly after becoming a member, and I haven't looked back!
When I joined, I was a young professional and also a new mother. I wanted to meet other women who I could interact with and learn from. Over the years, MW has provided that and so much more. Two of the positions I have held in my career came as the result of my contacts in Management Women. I have also gained mentors and many lifelong friends.

Biography

As the Parish Business Manager for Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in West De Pere, I have the pleasure of working closely with our pastor, trustees, and committee members to serve the sacramental and social needs of almost 1,600 parish families. I am also responsible for the parish budget, plan and execute fundraising events and donor appeals, and oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our campus, which includes our church and school buildings and Parish Center.
